Choose a desk to add its lockerInside the room at the top of the stairs, opposite the WCs. One locker per desk, with the same number and dates. Plus a £5 refundable deposit. Collect the key from The Local Handyman next door (Unit 3, Seabase Units), open Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30.

Dogs are welcome

Well-behaved, well-socialised dogs are welcome at no extra charge. Other dogs may be present. Owners are responsible for any damage or mess their dogs cause and for the associated repair or cleaning costs.

We record this with your booking so we know who is bringing a dog.

Add £0.99 for St Francis Dogs Home, CornwallOptional, once per booking. Donations can't be refunded.

About St Francis Dogs Home (opens in a new tab)

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice before the booking starts for a refund. Later cancellations are not eligible for refunds. All donations to St Francis Dogs Home are non-refundable, even with 24 hours' notice. Desk bookings start at 06:00 UK time; meeting rooms use the booked start time. With 24 hours' notice the locker deposit is refunded too; otherwise it's refunded when you hand the key back.

Arrive with confidence

Your confirmation email includes the door code and the Wi-Fi details. If the code changes during your stay, we email you the new one the evening before. Lost it? Send my door code again.
