Booking terms

These terms apply when you book a desk or the meeting room at Cornwall Co-working, Unit 3, Treloggan Road, Newquay TR7 2SX. Cornwall Co-working is run by Cornwall Co-working Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17299950), registered office Burton House, Trinity Street, St Austell PL25 5LS. Prices and payment

  • Day rate: £20 a day, for up to 60 days in a row.
  • A week: £100. Seven days in a row at your own desk.
  • A month: £250. A calendar month at your own desk.
  • 3 months: £705. Three months in a row at your own desk. £235 a month.
  • 6 months: £1,320. Six months in a row at your own desk. £220 a month.
  • Meeting room: £15 an hour, never more than £204 for the whole 06:00–23:00 day.
  • Locker: £1 a day, plus a £5 key deposit.

You pay the full amount when you book, on Stripe's secure checkout. We hold your space for 30 minutes while you pay. Your booking is confirmed when we email you; that email includes your door code.

Using the space

  • We're open 06:00–23:00 every day. Your booking runs from 06:00 on the first day of your stay until 23:00 on the last; a meeting-room booking covers the hours you booked. If the door code changes during your booking, we email you the new one the evening before.
  • Every desk booking is for the numbered desk you chose. Please keep your door code to yourself.
  • Locker keys are collected from The Local Handyman next door (Unit 3, Seabase Units), open Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30. The deposit is refunded when you hand the key back.
  • Well-behaved, well-socialised dogs are welcome at no extra charge, and other dogs may be present. If you bring one, you confirm this when you book and you're responsible for any damage or mess it causes and the cost of repair or cleaning.

Discount codes and donations

  • A discount code takes a percentage off the booking. It doesn't apply to the locker deposit or a donation. Each code can be used once.
  • You can add an optional £0.99 donation to St Francis Dogs Home, Cornwall. Donations are not refundable.

Cancelling

  • Cancel from your bookings page (sign in with your email address).
  • If you cancel at least 24 hours before your booking starts, we refund everything you paid except any donation, including the locker deposit.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before it starts, you can still cancel to free the space for someone else, but there's no refund.
  • Once a booking has started it can't be cancelled online.
  • Bookings are cancelled as a whole. To change your dates or desk, cancel and book again.
