Privacy
This explains what happens to the details you give us when you book a desk at Cornwall Co-working.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, so we can confirm your booking and send your door codes.
- Your desk, the dates of your stay, whether you added a locker, and which door codes we've emailed you.
- Payment details are entered on Stripe's checkout and handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Whether you're bringing a dog, and any donation you add, as part of your booking.
Your account
If you sign in to see or cancel your bookings, we keep your email address and when you last signed in. Sign-in is by an emailed link, so there's no password to store. Only people who have booked with us can sign in. While you're signed in, your browser keeps two small cookies: one that remembers it's you, and one that tells our pages to show the "Your bookings" link. They're needed for signing in, aren't used for tracking, and expire after 30 days or when you sign out. You can delete your account at any time from your bookings page; your bookings themselves are kept as business records.
Visits to this website
We count visits to our pages with Vercel Web Analytics, so we can see how people find us. It doesn't use cookies or identify you: it records the page, where you came from, and your rough location, device and browser. It never sees your booking details or the addresses of sign-in links.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to take your payment.
- Our email provider, to deliver your confirmation and codes.
- Vercel, which hosts this website, to count visits as described above.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing bookings@cornwallcoworking.co.uk.
